CAD Design
Scarbo Performance has a vast amount of experience with 3D design and modeling of mechanical systems like drivetrain components, suspension systems, space frames, linkages, and various types of sheet metal assemblies. Our modeling capabilities also include 3D free-form design of composite, metal, and plastic components.
FEA
Finite Element Analysis / Our goal when developing a product is to strive for the most efficient mechanical form. The use of finite element analysis helps us to develop our designs through a series of iterations by highlighting where material can be removed in a part without compromising its structural integrity.
Fabrication
We pride ourselves on being able to produce the components we design. We accomplish this goal by hiring engineers that are familiar with practical fabrication approaches, and fabricators that are familiar with relative engineering principles. These points make it possible for us to turn projects around quickly for our customers with the least amount of iterations.
Manufacturing
Using our in-house resources along with several partners across various manufacturing industries we are able to deliver complete products from concept to production. Anything from fabricated components to CNC machined, moulded, cast and printed parts.
